Personal training

A personal training is a training session of one hour, where you are 1 on 1 accompanied by a specially tailored training program based on your personal goal(s) and the current fitness level.

So whether you want to climb the Sierra Nevada, lose weight, or if you want to appear tight in your wedding dress or if you want to come in the shape again after the birth of your child, our personal trainer guides you through a special training program just for you, that can lead you directly to your trainings goal(s).
